Sal Lifrieri

Mr. Lifrieri is a 20-year veteran of the New York City Police Department, and served as the Director of Security and Intelligence Operations for Mayor Rudolph Giuliani’s Office of Emergency Management in New York City . In this role, Mr. Lifrieri participated in a broad range of security, intelligence, and counter-surveillance operations for New York City . Prior to that assignment, he directed the NYPD’s Protective Operations Unit, where he conducted threat investigations and threat assessments on behalf of the Mayor of New York, his family, and key elected New York City officials. Mr. Lifrieri is a published author, a frequent lecturer, and has been interviewed on network television news shows on CNN and the Fox News Channel, as well as local television stations and radio shows nationwide.


Frank. Santorsola



Frank Santorsola is the former Chief Criminal Investigator for the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office. He holds a B.S. (education) degree from the University of Bridgeport . He worked in various undercover capacities during his career and, in particular, infiltrated a number of criminal organizations. He also conducted numerous types of narcotics and conventional criminal investigations and managed over thirty detectives. He was in law enforcement for a total of twenty-seven years.



Richard D. Santorsola


Richard D. Santorsola, a twenty-four year veteran of law enforcement having both a B.A. degree in economics and an M.B.A. degree in accounting from Iona College . In 1981, he joined the New York State Organized Crime Task Force where he worked as a Special Investigator. In 1994, he returned to the DA’s Office where he was the Chief Administrator for the office overseeing the District Attorney’s budget, all grants, non-legal personnel and administrative services for four years.


Fred Hopper

Fred Hopper is a career security professional with experience based from military training and assignments in Fortune 500 companies. He is a graduate of American State University with a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice. Currently, he is the Director of the Technical Services Division, which is responsible for explosive detection K9 operations, Technical Surveillance Counter Measures (TSCM), and electronic intrusion detection. Fred has also been trained by the military in Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical warfare, and is a certified instructor in chemical weapons.


Jim DeSaye


Jim DeSaye is a specialist in surveillance and undercover investigations with over 20 years experience. A graduate of New Jersey State Police Training Commission Academy , graduating number one in his class. Jim is certified as an Insurance Fraud Claim Law Specialist and in Computer Forensics. He is currently Director of Investigations Division responsible for investigations including computer forensics and surveillance operations.


Dennis Letts

Dennis Letts is a twenty four year veteran of the United States Secret Service and Former Assistant to the Special Agent in Charge. During the course of his career, he held numerous assignments in investigations and threat assessments. Most notable were his assignments as Lead Intelligence Advance for dignitaries including the President of the United States , the Papal visit, and the Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City . He is a critical member of the Threat Assessment team responsible for the development of a psychological profile of individuals under investigation. He is also a member of the Critical Incident Peer support Team of the USSS.




Derka Garcia

Derka Garcia is a member of the investigations team and is currently a seven year veteran as a Police Officer in the State of New York . During her seven years of service she has been trained and certified in aspects of computer crimes which consist of combating online sexual predators, persons who target the elderly and all aspects of identity theft. She has also completed the New York State Instructor Development program which certifies her as an instructor. Additionally, she recently completed the Police Interactive Training on the police Responses to Violence against Women, Children and the Elderly.


Sheila Ortiz


Sheila Ortiz is a seven year veteran of law enforcement in Westchester County in New York . A member of our investigations team, Sheila utilizes her talents to blend into the surroundings to become an effective surveillance operative.
