The TAC-Intel Center has specialized experience dealing with cases involving threats, stalking, and workplace violence. Case management analysts review individual threat and stalking cases with clients to assist them in their time of need and determine the most appropriate responses to the incident. Often, in most stalking cases, women are turned away by law enforcement agencies because there is little or no documented proof that the stalker has acted improperly. The TAC-Intel Center is specially equipped and staffed to help clients prepare solid, prosecutable cases against these perpetrators.
Using proprietary databases specifically designed for threats, plus integration with threat data from open source systems, the TAC-Intel Center analyzes large amounts of data using specifically designed link analysis software programs. Using these specialized programs, designed by our in-house staff, the TAC-Intel Center can quickly evaluate all pertinent data and can correlate intelligence that might otherwise be overlooked. It will identify key relationships that can be used to prepare a case for both law enforcement agencies and the legal system.

Following the completion of a comprehensive review, the FAST team will issue a report that identifies the next steps that need to be taken, and describes a plan of action that is delivered to the client for review and approval. If the plan is accepted, it is put into action and closely monitored by the investigation team. As information becomes available it is immediately logged and circulated among the TAC-Intel Center team for review and action. During this time cases are regularly reviewed by the TAC-Intel Center legal adviser to determine when sufficient evidence is available to submit the matter to law enforcement agencies or prosecutors for criminal action.
