Background investigations and pre-employment investigations need time and patience to conduct. Our investigations team will follow a detailed investigative plan to identify and report on any issues that you should be aware of. Services are performed in either Level 1 or Level 2 detail. Level 1 Investigation includes:

1. A. Social Security Trace.
2. B. Criminal Records of States the person is listed as lived in.
3. C. Sex Crimes Registry Check.
4. D. Department of Motor Vehicle record check (if driving is component of position) .
5. E. Nationwide Criminal Records check thru limited database. (If person is identified as potentially having a record thru this database, a further criminal record check with the appropriate jurisdictional authority will be performed).
6. F. Federally published OFAC list check.
7. G. Contact personal references listed and conduct telephone interviews where available.
8. H. Education verification.

Level 2 Investigation includes:

1. A. Social Security Trace.
2. B. Criminal Records of States the person is listed as lived in.
3. C. Sex Crimes Registry Check.
