Victims of workplace violence |
The TAC-Intel Center has specialized experience dealing with cases involving threats, stalking, and workplace violence. Case management analysts review individual threat and stalking cases with clients to assist them in their time of need and determine the most appropriate responses to the incident. Often, in most stalking cases, women are turned away by law enforcement agencies because there is little or no documented proof that the stalker has acted improperly. The TAC-Intel Center is specially equipped and staffed to help clients prepare solid, prosecutable cases against these perpetrators.
Using proprietary databases specifically designed for threats, plus integration with threat data from open source systems, the TAC-Intel Center analyzes large amounts of data using specifically designed link analysis software programs. Using these specialized programs, designed by our in-house staff, the TAC-Intel Center can quickly evaluate all pertinent data and can correlate intelligence that might otherwise be overlooked. It will identify key relationships that can be used to prepare a case for both law enforcement agencies and the legal system. |
